Traditional Divorce

The traditional approach is for both parties and their counsel to appear before a Family Court Judge, who makes the determination regarding the division of property, parenting plan, and support. Today, this approach is not considered optimal, as litigation can be costly, both financially and emotionally. Litigation often serves to intensify the conflict, and the clients lose control over their case and their family’s lives.
